This indicator shows normed (that means calculated in percent) oscillator of the moment. CCI demonstrates a deflection of the ongoing price from its average value. CCI gives the entry point like classical oscillators do, that is why it is not recommended to use this indicator along. While testing, CCI showed its best results together with trend indicator ADX, that helped to delete the majority of false entry points (ADX usage methods are described in the special chapter). But ADX usage makes it impossible to follow this strategy on the timeframes shorter than H4. We recommend you to use CCI without any other indicator only for fixing profit or quitting to control risks.
