Bulls vs Bears (General information)

    According to the official version of the developers, it measures the relative strength of Bulls and Bears.

    But I think that it is a useless indicator that cuts off everything possible. I don't know anyone who uses this indicator successfully, and I don't know anyone who just uses this indicator.
